Chris Neal is the owner and operator of Top Stone located in Virginia Beach. Top Stone is a fast growing small business specializing in granite and quartz countertop installations and kitchen and bathroom renovations. Growing up in Iowa, Chris was introduced to the construction industry at a very young age and continued his passion in construction by starting his own countertop company. He loves bringing his knowledge and skill set to every job he takes on. From initial measure and quote to install itself, you will be dealing with Chris from start to finish.
